Sign in on the HotSpotz app. Once you’re signed in on a device, you normally stay signed in for up to 30 days unless you sign out.

Member FAQ

Is HotSpotz free for members?
Yes. Creating a member account and discovering places on HotSpotz is free. Businesses pay for advertising presence and live offers.
Do I need to install HotSpotz?
No. You can use HotSpotz fully in a browser. Adding it to your Home Screen is optional and handy on phones and tablets.
Can I use HotSpotz on a computer?
Yes. Open HotSpotz in your desktop browser to explore, sign in, and manage favorites and saved offers.
How do favorites and saved offers work?
Sign in, then favorite places you want to revisit. Offers you save go to your wallet so you can find them later. Both stay with your account on that device while you’re signed in.
How do I find businesses near me?
Open Explore and allow location when prompted, or set your location in your profile. HotSpotz prioritizes what’s nearby based on where you are.

Business FAQ

How do I list my business?

Start with List Your Business. You’ll create an account (if needed), add your business details, and continue through setup in the Business Portal.

Where do I sign in as a business?

Use Business sign-in in the Business Portal, or the main Sign In page if you prefer — then open the portal tools for your listing.

How does onboarding work?
You’ll create a login, enable your business listing, enter your business information and location, complete your profile, review pricing, and submit your listing for review. The Business Portal will guide you through billing and payment as part of the setup process.
How do offers work?
Create offers in the Business Portal, then publish when you’re ready for members to see them. Members can save offers to their wallet. Active offers cost $10 per active offer, billed every 30 days while the offer remains active — separately from the $100/month business membership.
Where do I manage my business?
After you sign in with a business account, use the Business Portal dashboard to manage your profile, photos, hours, offers, and billing views.
